Is analyzing business processes in an automated, industrial setting your field of expertise? Do you – like TBA – believe in decent analysis as Step 1 towards performance improvements? At TBA, we have a job opening for technically orientated business consultant who likes to act in an international environment.
You make the difference in achieving the highest performance possible for our clients!
As a business consultant at TBA, you will be supporting improvements, implementations and maintenance of our TEAMS software product.
TEAMS is an application that manages fleets of automated equipment at state-of-the-art container terminals. As such, TEAMS forms one important component in a bigger system of components that are typically delivered by other suppliers. This system – the container terminal – only runs well if all components run well; the system’s performance is determined by the weakest link. It will be your task to determine – based on thorough analysis – the weakest link and what can be done about it.
You will be analyzing the primary business processes of our clients together with our clients and our own experienced team. As TBA’s representative, we and our clients expect you to live by TBA’s values of honesty, doing it together, high commitment, and of being successful and innovative.
Within TBA, you will be working in a team of highly experienced professionals that work on the development and testing of the product following the Scrum approach. You will be wearing the hat of Product Owner, which is one of the key roles in the Scrum approach. As such, you will make sure that business needs are properly translated into functional requirements, and subsequently implemented in TEAMS.
Our clients include all major terminal operators worldwide and many local port operators. There is a strong international flavor to the job and travelling is involved from time to time.
