Why did you come to work at TBA Group

I had just accepted a role within a Law Firm, and was presented with an opportunity within TBA, at the interview stage travel was mentioned, something I had missed from previous Jobs. The role also presented offered me a chance to move into a completely new environment and that excited me.

 

What was your best day at work?

My best day at work was when I flew out to Sierra Leone to train the end users. It was a fantastic experience for me, with everyone keen to learn. On the last day I was almost late for my flight home as everyone in the group wanted there picture taken with me before I could leave site.

 

 

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

The Opportunities have been fantastic with no day being the same, and it has also allowed me to make some fantastic friendships.

 

What are you most proud of?

Being part of a team where we help each other out to deliver, and being asked to provide end user training.
