You work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand the needs and requirements of individual hiring needs and the long-term talent plan. You will support the hiring managers depending on the role by various activities such as job creation, marketing, candidate screening etc
You proactively identify potential talent through social media channels like LinkedIn, Reddit and Github. You know all there is to know about Boolean search, Google X-Ray search and have methodically turned sourcing the internet for talent into an art form.
You will build an employer brand to attract the smartest talent with a visible presence at universities and colleges. You will find ample support of the business as they enjoy sharing their knowledge with students during lunch lectures, workshops, and other events!
Together with our digital marketing and HR team, you will ensure that we are recognized as an attractive employer for smart, software and data science talent with a passion for solving complex logistics problems.
You know that recruitment is all about data and KPI's and are able to provide great insight into the effectiveness of our recruitment activities with regular reports with actionable data.
You take pride in keeping up to date with market developments and challenge your own ways of working, showing a keen curiosity for future development and trends in the area of talent acquisition/recruitment.
